Allow the vial and BAC water to reach room temperature.

Wipe the rubber stopper of both vials with an alcohol swab.

Draw 1–2ml of bacteriostatic water into a sterile syringe.

Slowly inject the water down the side wall of the peptide vial — never directly onto the lyophilized powder.

Gently swirl the vial until fully dissolved. Never shake.

The solution should be clear and colourless. If cloudy, gel-like, or discoloured — discard.

Store reconstituted solution at 2–8°C. Use within 90 days.
